These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MintyCrop's website, application, and services. By accessing or using MintyCrop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use MintyCrop.

1. Use License

MintyCrop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our service for personal and commercial image cropping and export purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or decompile MintyCrop
  • Use MintyCrop for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to MintyCrop systems
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with MintyCrop, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us of any unauthorized access

You agree that you will not create multiple accounts or engage in account sharing. MintyCrop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MintyCrop in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited uses include:

  • Uploading copyrighted content without authorization
  • Using MintyCrop to harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Uploading content that violates rights of third parties
  • Attempting to interfere with service operation
  • Scraping or bulk downloading content
  • Any activity that damages MintyCrop's reputation

4. Intellectual Property Rights

MintyCrop and all its content, including software, designs, and functionality, are the exclusive property of MintyCrop and its licensors. You retain all rights to images you upload and process through MintyCrop.

You grant MintyCrop a limited license to process, store, and display your images solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your images.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

If you purchase a Pro or Team subscription:

  • Billing will occur on a monthly or annual basis as selected
  • Automatic renewal will occur unless cancelled
  • You can cancel at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy
  • Price changes will be communicated in advance

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for payment of any applicable taxes.

6. Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your billing period, but no refund will be issued.

In cases of billing errors or technical issues, please contact us at mintycrop@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MintyCrop shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data or images
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Third-party actions or services

Your total liability to MintyCrop shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions in the past 12 months.

8. Data Security and Backup

While MintyCrop implements security measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your images. MintyCrop is not liable for loss of data.

MintyCrop may delete inactive accounts and associated data after 6 months of inactivity. We will attempt to notify you before deletion.

9. Termination

MintyCrop may terminate or suspend your account:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For illegal activity
  • For non-payment of fees
  • At our discretion for business reasons

Upon termination, your right to use MintyCrop immediately ceases. We may delete your data after 90 days of account termination.

10. Changes to Terms

MintyCrop reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of MintyCrop after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the website.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

MintyCrop is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • MintyCrop will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results will meet your expectations
  • Defects will be corrected
  • MintyCrop is free of viruses or harmful components

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to MintyCrop's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

14. Entire Agreement
